See a full audit trail of changes, comments, and task activity across your company.

What the Activity Log shows

The Activity page is a chronological record of what has happened across your company: document edits, status changes, new uploads, comments, @mentions, task creation and completion, and ownership changes.

Each entry captures who did what and when, so you have a clear audit trail for compliance, handoffs, and reviews.

What you can do with it

  1. Look back on what changed on a contract before a renewal conversation.
  2. See who completed a task or who uploaded a specific document.
  3. Catch up quickly after time off without opening every document.
  4. Trace where a value came from when a number or date looks off.

Availability

Activity Log is a Pro-plan feature. If your plan does not include it, the navigation entry may be hidden or unavailable.
