What to check first
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
- Search your inbox for messages from `notifications@mail.termup.io`.
- If you requested more than one email, open the newest message first because older links may no longer be the one you want.
Whitelist the sender
If your mailbox filters TermUp messages, add `notifications@mail.termup.io` to your safe sender list or email allowlist. This helps verification emails, password reset emails, reminder emails, and account notices arrive more reliably.
Common situations
- If you are waiting for a verification email, go back to the Verify Email page and resend it.
- If you are waiting for a password reset email, request another one from the Login page.
- If you changed your email address from Profile, make sure you are checking the new inbox, not the old one.
When to contact support
If you still are not receiving messages after checking spam and whitelisting `notifications@mail.termup.io`, contact support and include the email address you used plus which message you were expecting.
