Connecting Google Drive, Dropbox, and Google Calendar

Available integrations

1. Google Drive for importing contracts and documents.

3. Google Calendar for syncing renewal and deadline events.

How connection works

Connections are started from Settings. TermUp opens a provider authorization flow in a popup window and stores the connected status once the provider confirms access.

Where you use each integration

1. After connecting Google Drive or Dropbox, import buttons appear on the Upload page if your plan includes those integrations.
2. Google Calendar sync is used when you want renewal or cancellation timing visible in your own calendar in addition to TermUp reminders.

Calendar sync is helpful when you want renewal and cancellation timing visible alongside broader operational planning. It complements reminders instead of replacing them.
